Privacy notice
Zuri.com SE is the controller of any personal data processed through this site. We process very little:
Email you send us. If you write to any of our addresses or through the contact page, we process your email address and message to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding. Kept as long as the conversation stays relevant.
Job applications. If you apply for a role, we process the details and the CV you send, to consider you for it. Legal basis: steps toward a possible employment contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting. Kept for the length of the process and a reasonable period after, then deleted.
Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request, time) for security and operations, retained briefly and deleted routinely.
Measurement and advertising. The tags in the table below record your visit, including your IP address, the pages you open, and which link or campaign brought you here. We use it to understand which parts of the site are read and which of our posts and campaigns work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving what we publish. You can refuse all of it, and the section after the table says exactly how.
How long we keep it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Emails and applications are kept as described above. Server logs are rotated and deleted routinely.
We do not sell personal data. We host this site ourselves, on our own servers in the EU. The only outside processor is Zoho, which delivers our email. The analytics and advertising companies named in the next section act as separate controllers, not as our processors.
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. Write to the address above or through the contact page. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we use your email address for one thing: sending you the newsletter. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not share or sell the list.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link in its footer, and one click takes you off the list. You can also ask us through the contact page and we will remove you the same day. No reason needed.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. Withdrawing it costs you nothing and affects nothing else.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted to our own server in the EU. Only people at Zuri who need it can read what you send, and we do not sell personal data or pass it to anyone beyond the service providers named above.
We make no automated decisions about you. Nothing on this site profiles you for a decision; the advertising platforms above build their own audience profiles on their own terms, which is what the opt-outs in the previous section switch off.
Changes to this page
When what we run changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the bottom moves. We write it ourselves rather than pasting a template, so if something here is unclear or looks wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will fix it.
